For help with return deadlines, receipts or reminders, email sperac.labs@gmail.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and what happened. Avoid including private receipt details unless needed.

Reminders

Allow notifications in iPhone Settings. In Worth Keeping?, open Settings to choose reminder days and a reminder time, then refresh reminders. Only future reminders are scheduled, up to 60 at a time. Reopen after changing time zones. Focus modes and device settings can affect delivery.

Your saved purchases

Purchases and receipt photos are stored locally. There is no account or app-managed sync. iOS device backups may include app data. Removing the app can remove saved purchases; contact support before reinstalling to troubleshoot.
